After entering the chosen product, enter the code of the key you need to purchase and proceed by clicking on “add to cart”. After selecting the delivery country, click on “checkout” to enter all the data and proceed with payment.

Replacement key orders are shipped within one business das of receiving the order. Delivery time is according to the chosen shipping method.

If your order has been accepted you will receive a confirmation on the e-mail address indicated during the purchase; If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please contact us promptly.

To cancel or modify an order, contact us promptly by email or telephone so that the package can be blocked before shipping.

An invoice is always issued for all orders placed on faradworld.com.

The warranty on any Farad product can be exercised directly with the shop where the purchase was made or with us by showing the receipt or purchase invoice for the product within the warranty terms.
