The quality certification is not a requirement for a company, but it means “CONFIDENCE” to the Customer.
CONFIDENCE that we sell products of good quality, CONFIDENCE that the order is dispatched very soon, CONFIDENCE about the delivery.
Customer confidence has been our main goal since we started business. It allows us to increase the business constantly, even during periods of economic decline.
For example, in 2009 our sales’ trend did not stop, but it kept increasing progressively.
Since 1997 FARAD has made an effort to get all the required certifications, and in March 1998 we received the UNI EN ISO 9001 award, which applies to all the production processes and planning.
In April 1998 the French car makers gave us the EAQF certification, specially for the automotive field.
In July 1999 we got the QS 9000 by the American car makers (Ford, GM and Chrysler), according to some standards that were accepted by all the car manufacturers.
In 2002 the car makers and the World Certification Board established the ISO/TS 16949 standard, adopted by FARAD in 2004.
At the present our company is working according two certifications:
- UNI EN ISO 9001 (general)
- ISO/TS 16949 (for the automotive field)
The ISO/TS 16949 certification applies all the production processes, to ensure good quality product first to our car company Customers, that is the car makers, and then to all the people who buy.
This means that we can offer a great “CONFIDENCE” and advantages to all our customers.
The CONFIDENCE derives also from the homologation of every single product.
The homologation is based on the fact that all goods and the whole production processes have passed very strict tests, which allows us to give our customers a product with no imperfections at all.
