WHICH PRODUCT TO CHOOSE


Which roof boxes are suitable for my car?

To fix the roof box it is necessary to install the transverse bars on the car roof.

To find the right roof box for your car, you can use the search you find on the home page or at the bottom of the roof boxes page.

 

Which roof bars are suitable for my car?

To find the right roof bars for your car, use the search you can find on the home page or at the bottom of the roof bars page. You just have to select the information about:


- year of the car
- numbers of doors
- version (limousine or estate)
- model (with integrated roof rails or simple roof rails)

What does "with simple roof rails" mean?
Vehicles with simple roof rails (usually SUV or Estate) have roof rails with space between them and the car roof.

What does "with integrated roof rails" mean?
Vehicles with integrated roof rails (usually SUV or Estate) have some aluminium rails on the roof which cannot be removed. Unlike the simple roof rails, the integrated ones haven't got any space between the bars and the car roof.

 

Which wind deflectors are suitable for my car?

To find the right wind deflectors for your car, use the search you can find on the home page or at the bottom of the wind deflectors page. You just have to select the information about:


- year of the car
- numbers of doors
- version (limousine or estate)

 

Which wheel trims are suitable for my car?

To fit the FARAD wheel trims you have to check the tyre's size (12, 13, 14, 15, 16 o 17 inches) and choose a wheel trim model of the same size. Use  the search you can find on the home page or at the bottom of the wheel trims page.

If your car or van have original alloy or steel wheels, you can easily find the right wheel locks by using the search on the home page or at the bottom of the wheel locks page.

If your car or van has NOT original wheel, plase contact our Customer Service by e-mail, entering the alloy wheels maker, the wheels size and the model of your car.

If your car or van have original alloy or steel wheels, you can easily find the right wheel locks by using the search on the home page or at the bottom of the wheel fasteners page.

WARRANTY

How does the warranty work?

The warranty for every FARAD product can be requested where you buy the item; otherwise, you can ask us by showing the invoice or the purchase receipt within the warranty validity period.

 

How long is the warranty valid on the FARAD products?

The FARAD warranty is valid as follows:

Roof boxes: 5 years

Roof bars: 3 years

Wind deflectors: 2 years

Wheel trims: 2 years

Wheel locks: 2 years

Wheel fasteners: 2 years

 


ORDER FOR SPARE KEYS


How do I order?

Go to the Spare keys page and choose the FARAD product for which you need the keys. Click on the ad and enter the code of the key. Add the article to the basket and go to checkout to make the payment.



How long does it take before my order is processed?

The spare keys are shipped within two or three working days after the order reception. Delivery time is four or five working days from the sending of the parcel.

 


How do I know whether my order has been accepted or not?

If your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you chose during registration.

In case you do not receive the order confirmation, please contact us.



What can I do to cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or phone. We will stop the parcel before it leaves.



Does the seller issue an invoice or a receipt?

For every order we get from FARADworld.com an invoice is issued.

If you own a VAT number valid for international transactions, it will be shown on the invoice.


How do I pay?

We accept payments by:

- Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- Bank transfer (to speed up the delivery, you can send the receipt by e-mail)



Are payments by credit card at risk?

Payments issued by credit card are never at risk. The credit card’s data (number and expiry date) are not recorded by our site; they are encoded and sent to the secure socket layer (SSL) of Banca Sella, which uses the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The encryption ensures that no one can read it as it travels over the Internet.



DELIVERY


How long does it take to have the parcel delivered?

The parcel is delivered in 3-4 working days form payment’s reception.
“Delivery time” means the period spent from the time FARADworld.com gives the parcel to the courier to the time the parcel is delivered to the Customer.


How can I check the status of my parcel?

The day after the parcel has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the link to follow your shipment.


What happens if I am out when the courier makes the delivery?

If the courier cannot find anyone at the address you gave us, he leaves a notice with all the details of the parcel.
It is up to the addressee to get in touch with the courier in order to arrange a new delivery.
